Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams green bean, stemless
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons almond
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 1/4 tablespoons nutmeg

Preparation

Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook the green beans for 5 minutes and strain.
In a large skillet melt the butter and add the almonds. Cook for 1 minute.
Add the green beans, salt, and nutmeg and cook for 1 more minute.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a large platter and garnish with more sliced almonds.

TIPS

This recipe goes very well with a Christmas turkey or ham recipe.

Está muy fácil de preparar y muy rica. Lo único es que yo le pondré para la otra menos mantequilla (pero claro, que eso es al gusto de cada quien)
