2 teaspoons olive oil
3 limes
3 teaspoons Maggi seasoning
3 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3 teaspoons mustard
4 teaspoons onion, chopped
4 teaspoons mustard vinaigrette, or Provençal vinaigrette

In a small deep bowl, mix the juice of 3 lemons with salt and pepper until the salt is dissolved in the lemon juice.
Add the Maggi Sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, mustard, chopped onion, and vinaigrette and mix until you have a homogeneous vinaigrette.
In a large pot, pour in the green beans, 2 cups of water, and the vinaigrette, and bring to a boil over high heat with a lid on.
Once boiling, remove the lid and let all the liquid evaporate and the green beans cook.
The green beans are ready when they are tender and have absorbed the vinaigrette completely.
