Preparation
In a small bowl, mix the juice of the 3 lemons and the salt and pepper until the salt is dissolved in the lemon.
Add the Maggi Sauce, the English Sauce, the mustard, chopped onion and vinaigrette and mix until the vinaigrette is homogeneous.
In a large pot pour the green beans, 2 cups of water and the vinaigrette and bring to a boil over high heat with a lid.
Once it is boiling remove the lid and let all the liquid evaporate and the green beans are cooked.
The green beans are ready when they are tender and have absorbed the vinaigrette completely.
