Grilled Asparagus

These grilled asparagus are easy and delicious. They are marinated in a balsamic, lemon, and soy sauce.

  • 1/2 kilos asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoons pepper
  • pinches salt

  • Trim the tough ends off the bottom of the asparagus.
  • Mix the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and a little salt.
  • Place in a large ziplock bag and add the asparagus. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the grill to medium heat, brushing with a little olive oil or cooking spray.
  • Thread the asparagus onto a long skewer or a brochette to prevent them from falling through the grill grates.
  • Place on the hot grill for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Serve with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt.
