These grilled asparagus are easy and delicious. They are marinated in a balsamic, lemon, and soy sauce.

1/2 kilos asparagus
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon Low sodium soy sauce
1/8 teaspoons pepper
pinches salt

Trim the tough ends off the bottom of the asparagus.
Mix the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and a little salt.
Place in a large ziplock bag and add the asparagus. Let marinate for 30 minutes.
Preheat the grill to medium heat, brushing with a little olive oil or cooking spray.
Thread the asparagus onto a long skewer or a brochette to prevent them from falling through the grill grates.
Place on the hot grill for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with a sprinkle of coarse sea salt.
