These grilled asparagus are easy and delicious. They are marinated in a balsamic, lemon and soy sauce.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/2 kilos asparagus
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoons pepper
  • salt

Preparation

Cut the hard parts from the bottom of the studs.
Mix the balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, soy sauce, olive oil, pepper, and a little salt.
Put in a large ziplock bag and add the asparagus. Marinate for 30 minutes.
Heat the grill to medium heat, brush with a little olive oil or cooking spray.
Pass the asparagus through a long toothpick or skewer to prevent it from falling between the holes in the grill.
Put on the hot grill for 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with a little coarse-grained salt.
