Ham and Cheese Crepe Rolls

If you're bored of sandwiches, this recipe is for you! The crepes are rolled with a layer of cream cheese, ham, and cheese. You can use your imagination and add any ingredients you like.

  • 200 grams deli ham, in slices
  • 200 grams cheese, in slices
  • 95 grams cream cheese, philadelphia
  • 360 milliliters cow's milk, (1 1/2 cup)
  • 100 grams flour, (1 cup)
  • 120 grams egg, (2 pieces)
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt

  • To make the crepe mixture, blend the salt, oil, eggs, flour, and milk in a blender.
  • Heat a round pan with a few drops of oil (you can spread it around the pan with a napkin to avoid greasiness).
  • With a ladle, serve a bit of the mixture in the pan, ensuring it covers the entire pan, and let it cook for about 45 seconds until it’s golden brown on the bottom.
  • Repeat the same until all the crepes are made. Arrange them on a platter and set aside.
  • Spread the cream cheese and cover with a thin layer of cream cheese, then a slice of ham, and finally a slice of cheese. Roll it up and place it on a platter.
  • Repeat the previous step with all the crepes.
  • Place the crepes in a baking dish to melt the cheese a little.
  • Serve accompanied by tomato sauce or hot sauce.
