If you're bored of sandwiches, this recipe is for you! The crepes are rolled with a layer of cream cheese, ham, and cheese. You can use your imagination and add any ingredients you like.
To make the crepe mixture, blend the salt, oil, eggs, flour, and milk in a blender.
Heat a round pan with a few drops of oil (you can spread it around the pan with a napkin to avoid greasiness).
With a ladle, serve a bit of the mixture in the pan, ensuring it covers the entire pan, and let it cook for about 45 seconds until it’s golden brown on the bottom.
Repeat the same until all the crepes are made. Arrange them on a platter and set aside.
Spread the cream cheese and cover with a thin layer of cream cheese, then a slice of ham, and finally a slice of cheese. Roll it up and place it on a platter.
Repeat the previous step with all the crepes.
Place the crepes in a baking dish to melt the cheese a little.
Serve accompanied by tomato sauce or hot sauce.
