  • 5 cups water
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1/2 heads garlic

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup chorizo

  • Soak the beans in a bowl for 24 hours. Drain and set aside.
  • Place the beans with water, onion, the head of garlic, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
  • Cook in the microwave in 4 intervals of 12 minutes. Set aside.
