2 cups pinto beans
5 cups water
1/4 onions
1/2 heads garlic
water
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup chorizo

Soak the beans in a bowl for 24 hours. Drain and set aside.
Place the beans with water, onion, the head of garlic, salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
Cook in the microwave in 4 intervals of 12 minutes. Set aside.
Fry the chorizo, add the beans, and cook for 15 minutes in a skillet over medium heat.
Serve and enjoy!
