  • 500 grams rice
  • 200 grams Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 grams breadcrumbs
  • extra virgin olive oils

  • Chop the mozzarella cheese into pieces.
  • Mix the rice with the mozzarella cheese in pieces.
  • Make balls of rice approximately the size of a tangerine.
  • Pass the balls through beaten egg, then through breadcrumbs, again through the egg, and again through the breadcrumbs.
  • In a skillet with hot extra virgin olive oil, fry until golden brown.
