200 grams Mozzarella cheese
4 eggs
200 grams breadcrumbs
extra virgin olive oils

Chop the mozzarella cheese into pieces.
Mix the rice with the mozzarella cheese in pieces.
Make balls of rice approximately the size of a tangerine.
Pass the balls through beaten egg, then through breadcrumbs, again through the egg, and again through the breadcrumbs.
In a skillet with hot extra virgin olive oil, fry until golden brown.
