Mashed Potatoes with Bacon

  • 4 potatoes, peeled, cooked, and cut into medium cubes
  • 1 cup bacon, fried, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cups butter, in cubes
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup Manchego cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups chives, chopped

  • In a bowl, use a masher to mash the potatoes and set aside.
