1/2 onions, finely chopped
1 teaspoon garlic, finely chopped
3 tomatoes, finely chopped
2 cups zucchini, cut into medium cubes
1 cup ear corn, kernels
1/2 cups deli ham, diced
1 gram salt
450 milliliters Lala® sour cream
1 package Lala® panela cheese

Heat the oil in a medium pot over medium heat, fry the onion until it changes color, add the garlic, tomato, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the zucchini and cook for 10 more minutes. Incorporate the corn kernels and ham, cook for 10 more minutes, and season.
Serve with Lala ® Sour Cream and Lala ® Panela Cheese.
