250 grams button mushrooms, sliced
2 tomatillos

250 grams panela cheese
2 tablespoons butter
granulated chicken bouillon

Finely chop the onion and tomato. Cut the panela cheese into cubes.
In a skillet, fry the onion, tomato, and mushrooms with butter; season with a little chicken broth and finally add the cheese.
