Mushrooms with Cheese

Mushroom stew with panela cheese is a very simple preparation that you can eat as a side dish to any other dish or on its own. Prepare them at home; everyone will surely love them.

  • 2 tomatillos
  • 1/2 onions
  • 250 grams panela cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • granulated chicken bouillon

  • Finely chop the onion and tomato. Cut the panela cheese into cubes.
  • In a skillet, fry the onion, tomato, and mushrooms with butter; season with a little chicken broth and finally add the cheese.
