Non-Fried Wedge Potatoes

  • 4 potatoes, clean, with skin
  • water
  • 1/2 cups flour, all-purpose
  • 2 tablespoons paprika
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, ground
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
  • cooking spray
  • cheese, for nachos, for sides
  • hot sauce, for sides

  • Place the potatoes in a pot with water, once the water boils, cook for 10 minutes, remove from heat, drain, and set aside.
  • On a cutting board, cut the potatoes into wedges: cut one potato in half vertically and from each half, make diagonal cuts until you obtain the wedges. Repeat until all the potatoes are finished.
  • In a plastic bag, mix the flour with paprika, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, ground black pepper, cornstarch, and breadcrumbs. Place the potato wedges inside, close the bag, and shake until the ingredients adhere to the potatoes. Arrange the potatoes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spray a little oil over the potatoes, and bake in T-Fal Easy Fry at 180°C for 10 minutes.
  • Serve the potatoes in a deep dish, accompany with nacho cheese and hot sauce.
