Preheat the oven. Boil the cauliflower in salted water until it is slightly undercooked so it doesn't break apart. Drain it very well and separate the florets.
Grease a baking dish with butter, add the cauliflower, place small pieces of butter on top, and drizzle with the juice of one lemon. Put it in a hot oven to brown slightly for about 15 to 20 minutes. Occasionally drizzle with more lemon juice.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with parsley and chopped hard-boiled egg. Serve immediately.
