Oven-Baked Potatoes with Thyme

Oven-baked potatoes with a hint of thyme, an excellent side dish for lunch and dinner.

  • 18 potatoes, small
  • 3 tablespoons thyme
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coarse salt
  • pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 limes

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  • In a skillet, sauté the garlic and thyme in oil, then add lemon juice and salt.
  • Marinate the potatoes in olive oil with thyme, garlic, and lemon for 30 minutes.
  • Place in a pyrex dish with all the marinade and bake for 30-40 minutes until the potatoes are tender.
  • Serve.
