1 red bell pepper
1 tablespoon dressing, ranch
1 tablespoon low-fat mayonnaise
2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, shredded

Cut the bell pepper in half and set aside the bottom part. Cut the remaining pepper into strips.
Mix the dressing, mayonnaise, and Parmesan cheese. Spoon into the bottom part of the pepper. Serve with the pepper strips.
