Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon dressing, ranch
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation

Cut half the pepper and reserve the bottom. Cut the remaining pepper into strips.
Mix the dressing, mayonnaise and Parmesan cheese. Place with a spoon on the bottom of the pepper. Serve with the pepper strips.
