1 bunch asparagus, (large)
2 tablespoons olive oil, of good quality
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
1 tablespoon lime zest
salt
pepper, freshly ground

Rinse the asparagus with water. Cut off the white stem at the bottom, making two diagonal cuts of 2 centimeters.
Fill a pot halfway with water and let it boil. Once it boils, add the asparagus and slightly reduce the heat for 2 minutes.
In a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. After 2 minutes, take out the asparagus and add them to this mixture.
