Perfect Asparagus

Cook asparagus to perfection with this recipe, so they always come out crunchy, with a very intense green color, and delicious to accompany any of your dishes.

  • 1 bunch asparagus, (large)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, of good quality
  • 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • salt
  • pepper, freshly ground

  • Rinse the asparagus with water. Cut off the white stem at the bottom, making two diagonal cuts of 2 centimeters.
  • Fill a pot halfway with water and let it boil. Once it boils, add the asparagus and slightly reduce the heat for 2 minutes.
  • In a bowl, add the rest of the ingredients. After 2 minutes, take out the asparagus and add them to this mixture.
