  • 1 1/2 kilos oyster mushrooms
  • 8 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup basil
  • 1 cup parsley
  • pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups olive oil
  • 80 grams butter, melted

  • Preheat the oven to 175 degrees for half an hour.
  • Place the mushrooms in the greased baking dish.
  • Grind the other ingredients, mix with the oil and the melted butter.
