Finely chop the tomatoes into very small cubes. Chop the onion. Chop the serrano chiles. Add these ingredients to a bowl and mix.
Pour in the tablespoons of olive oil (if you prefer more or less, let the amount be to your taste), add several drops of Habanero Tabasco (to taste). Mix.
Sprinkle the pinches of salt and pepper. Mix.
