Pico de Gallo with Habanero Twist

  • 4 tomatoes, of good size
  • 1 onion
  • 2 serrano chiles
  • drops Tabasco sauce, habanero
  • 4 lemons
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Finely chop the tomatoes into very small cubes. Chop the onion. Chop the serrano chiles. Add these ingredients to a bowl and mix.
  • Pour in the tablespoons of olive oil (if you prefer more or less, let the amount be to your taste), add several drops of Habanero Tabasco (to taste). Mix.
  • Sprinkle the pinches of salt and pepper. Mix.
