300 grams rice, washed
90 grams butter
1/4 white onions
1 liter chicken broth

Place a skillet over the heat and melt the butter, then add the finely chopped onion and let it sauté.
Once the onion is sautéed, we add the rice and let it fry until it takes on a golden-brown color; when ready, we add the chicken broth.
Remove from the heat and cover with aluminum foil, then place in the oven at a temperature of 120 degrees for 30 minutes, and it's ready.
