Pilaf Rice

It is a very easy baked rice dish with a delicious flavor.

  • 300 grams rice, washed
  • 90 grams butter
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 liter chicken broth

  • Place a skillet over the heat and melt the butter, then add the finely chopped onion and let it sauté.
  • Once the onion is sautéed, we add the rice and let it fry until it takes on a golden-brown color; when ready, we add the chicken broth.
  • Remove from the heat and cover with aluminum foil, then place in the oven at a temperature of 120 degrees for 30 minutes, and it's ready.
