Preparation
Place a pan on the heat and melt the butter, add the finely chopped onion and let season.
Once the onion is seasoned, add the rice and let it fry until it turns golden-brown, once ready add the chicken broth.
Remove from heat and cover with aluminum foil, put in the oven at a temperature of 120 degrees for 30 minutes and ready.
