An easy and delicious way to prepare portobello mushrooms. In this case, we will gratin them and fill them with red and yellow bell pepper. You can eat them as a main dish or as a side dish.
In a large skillet, add butter and oil. Sauté the onion, garlic, peppers, and finally the tomato, season with salt and pepper, and let cook for 5 minutes.
Add the portobello mushrooms with the hollow side facing down and cover for 2 minutes.
Flip them over and fill them with the peppers, leaving them in the same skillet.
Add a few drops of Worcestershire sauce to each and put a little cheese on top of the mushrooms. Cover and let them gratin.
