Potato Cake

  • Pam® butter, canola oil butter flavor aerosol
  • 700 grams potato
  • 200 grams Manchego cheese, grated
  • 200 milliliters sour cream, reduced fat
  • 3/4 onions, in strips
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • salt

  • Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  • Cook the peeled potatoes, cut into slices.
  • Spray a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and cook the onion in strips until soft.
  • Spray a mold with two shots of PAM® Butter and form layers with the potato slices, stacking one on top of the other, mixing them with the onion strips, drenching them with the reduced-fat cream, and sprinkling with the cheese.
