Ingredients

8 portions
  • PAM® Butter, canola oil flavor butter spray
  • 700 grams potato
  • 200 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • 200 milliliters cream, reduced in fat
  • 3/4 onions, in strips
  • 3 teaspoons parsley, finely chopped
  • salt
  • black pepper

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
Cook the potatoes peeled and cut into slices.
Spray a pan with 2 shots of PAM® Butter and cook the onion in strips, until tender.
Spray a mold with two shots of PAM® Butter and layer with the potato slices, mounting one over the other, mixing them with the onion strips, bathe them with the reduced fat cream, and sprinkle them with the cheese.

PRESENTATION

Sprinkle with chopped parsley, season, bake for 35 minutes until the cheese is melted and serve.

TIPS

To accompany this recipe you can bake bread from the box, cutting it into small triangles and sprinkling it with PAM® Butter.
