Potato Skins

These potato skins are delicious for a gathering with friends.

  • 8 slices bacon, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 500 grams cheddar cheese
  • 2 potatoes
  • 1 cup sour cream

  • Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and spray the potatoes. Put them in the oven at 250° C for 1 hour.
  • Remove the potatoes and let them cool. Then cut them into 4 lengthwise and remove as much of the flesh as possible.
  • Spray a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the potatoes also sprayed. Put them in until they are crispy.
  • Grate the cheese, cook the bacon in pieces, and chop the green onion.
  • Put cheddar cheese on top of each potato, then add the bacon and finally the green onion, and put them in the oven until golden.
