These potato skins are delicious for a gathering with friends.

8 slices bacon, finely chopped
1 bunch chives
500 grams cheddar cheese
2 potatoes
1 cup sour cream

Spray a baking dish with cooking spray and spray the potatoes. Put them in the oven at 250° C for 1 hour.
Remove the potatoes and let them cool. Then cut them into 4 lengthwise and remove as much of the flesh as possible.
Spray a baking tray with vegetable oil and place the potatoes also sprayed. Put them in until they are crispy.
Grate the cheese, cook the bacon in pieces, and chop the green onion.
Put cheddar cheese on top of each potato, then add the bacon and finally the green onion, and put them in the oven until golden.
