  • 500 grams potato
  • 1/4 grams turkey breast, or leg ham
  • 500 grams Manchego cheese, (or of your preference) grated
  • 1 tub sour cream
  • 1 stick cream cheese
  • 1/2 sticks butter
  • pinches salt
  • pinches pepper

  • Boil the potatoes and slice them, and cut the turkey breast or ham into small cubes.
  • Blend the cream, cream cheese, and sweetened condensed milk, adding salt and pepper to taste.
  • Grease a baking dish with butter, layer the potato slices, a layer of cheese, some ham, and the cream sauce, then another layer of potato slices, another layer of cheese, ham, and cream, and so on until reaching the edge of the dish, pour more cream sauce, and cover with grated cheese.
  • Preheat the oven to 180º, place the dish in the oven until the cheese is gratinated.
