Boil the potatoes and cut them into slices, and the turkey breast or ham into small cubes.
Blend the cream, cream cheese, and condensed milk, adding salt and pepper to taste.
Grease a baking dish with butter, layer potato slices, a layer of cheese, some ham, and cream sauce, another layer of potato slices, another layer of cheese and ham and cream, and so on until reaching the edge of the baking dish, pour more cream sauce and cover with grated cheese.
Preheat the oven to 180º, place the dish in the oven until the cheese is golden brown.
