In a pot with water and salt, boil the potatoes; you can poke them with a fork and if it goes in easily, they are cooked. Cool, peel, and slice thinly.
Cut the ham and cheese into small cubes. Finely chop the parsley.
Grease the baking dish with butter and place a layer of potato slices, add salt to taste, add the ham and cheese, cover the layer with cream, and sprinkle a little parsley. Repeat the process until all ingredients are used or the dish is filled.
Preheat the oven to 180º Celsius and bake until the cheese and cream are gratinated, approximately 10 minutes.
