Preparation
In a pot with water and salt cook the potatoes, you can chop them with a fork and if it enters easily is that they are already cooked. Cool, peel and cut into thin slices.
Cut the ham and cheese into small squares. Chop the parsley finely.
Grease the refractory with the butter and put a layer of slices of potato , salt to taste, add the ham and cheese, cover the layer with the cream and sprinkle a little parsley. Repeat the procedure until the ingredients are finished or the refractory is filled.
Preheat the oven to 180º centigrade and bake until the cheese and cream is au gratin, approximately 10 minutes.
