1 cup buffalo sauce, , hot wings
3 tablespoons butter, melted
1 cup sour cream
1/4 cups blue cheese
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
salt
pepper
blue cheese, crumbled, for garnish
fresh cilantro, finely chopped, for garnish

Using a mandoline, slice the potatoes into chips and set aside.
Fry in hot oil until crispy. Drain on paper towels.
In a bowl, mix the buffalo sauce with the melted butter and set aside.
For the dressing, blend the cream with the blue cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Serve the fries in a bowl drizzled with the buffalo sauce, garnish with blue cheese and cilantro. Serve with the dip.
