Cambray Potatoes with Parmesan

1 kilo new potatoes, small
1/2 liters chicken broth
50 grams butter
100 grams Parmesan cheese

Low
Wash the potatoes and, with skin on, boil them in the chicken broth.
A drizzle of olive oil is placed on top and covered.
Cook until tender.
Once cooked, remove the lid and leave it over medium heat to evaporate the broth.
Butter is added on top of the potatoes.
Turn them over and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
Then, the heat is turned off and they are placed on a plate or tray.
