Cambray Potatoes with Parmesan

Nutritious recipe with a minimum of ingredients where chicken broth adds a lot of flavor to the potatoes. Easy to prepare and liked by both children and adults. Ideal for a gathering.

  • 1 kilo new potatoes, small 1 kilo new potatoes, small
  • 1/2 liters chicken broth 1/2 liters chicken broth
  • 50 grams butter 50 grams butter

  • Wash the potatoes and, with skin on, boil them in the chicken broth.
  • A drizzle of olive oil is placed on top and covered.
  • Cook until tender.
  • Once cooked, remove the lid and leave it over medium heat to evaporate the broth.
  • Butter is added on top of the potatoes.
  • Turn them over and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Then, the heat is turned off and they are placed on a plate or tray.
