Chorizo Spanish Omelette

  • 9 eggs
  • ground black pepper, Terana® *
  • 1 jar potato, Marca Torti® *
  • 300 grams chorizo

  • In a skillet, heat the potato mixture.
  • Chop onion and chorizo.
  • Beat the eggs and add the previously heated potatoes.
  • Sauté the onion and chorizo in olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
  • Add the egg mixture.
  • Wait for the eggs to set. When it's golden brown, flip it and wait for the other side to cook as well.
