1 jar potato, Marca Torti® *
300 grams chorizo

In a skillet, heat the potato mixture.
Chop onion and chorizo.
Beat the eggs and add the previously heated potatoes.
Sauté the onion and chorizo in olive oil in a non-stick skillet.
Add the egg mixture.
Wait for the eggs to set. When it's golden brown, flip it and wait for the other side to cook as well.
