Clean the potato and using a fork, poke holes around it.
In a deep plate, add approximately 3 centimeters of water and place the potato, covering it with plastic.
Cook for 8 to 12 minutes in the microwave, until the potato is soft.
Remove from the microwave and mash the potato.
Add to the mash the butter, olive oil, Yoplait Greek Natural, milk, garlic, scallions, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
