Creamy Mashed Potatoes

An ideal side dish to accompany any meal, try this creamy mashed potato. It’s made with Yoplait Greek Natural, which gives it a delicious texture and flavor.

  • 1 potato, large
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 cups Yoplait® Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cups cow's milk
  • 1/2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chives, chopped
  • salt and pepper

  • Clean the potato and using a fork, poke holes around it.
  • In a deep plate, add approximately 3 centimeters of water and place the potato, covering it with plastic.
  • Cook for 8 to 12 minutes in the microwave, until the potato is soft.
  • Remove from the microwave and mash the potato.
  • Add to the mash the butter, olive oil, Yoplait Greek Natural, milk, garlic, scallions, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
  • Continue mixing until the mash is smooth and creamy.
