Clean the potato and using a fork make holes around it.
In a deep dish add about 3 centimeters of water and put the potato, covering with plastic.
Cook 8 to 12 minutes in the microwave, until the potato is soft.
Remove from the microwave and make the potato puree.
Add the butter, the olive oil, the Greek Natural Yoplait, the milk, the garlic, the scallion, the salt and the pepper to the puree. Mix until all the ingredients are incorporated homogeneously.
Continue mixing until the puree is smooth and creamy.
