Hasselback Potato Recipe

As a side dish or as a first course, this recipe for Hasselback potatoes stuffed with salami will add great flavor to your meal. This baked potato version is already a classic and is prepared very easily. The fat from the salami gives them a crunchy and rich touch, but if you're looking for a lighter option, use ham.
