  • 5 potatoes, cooked and diced
  • salt
  • 1/2 cups butter
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream
  • salt
  • pepper
  • chives

  • Cook the potatoes with salt in a pot of water, cook for 20 minutes or until tender, drain and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a pot over medium heat, add the potatoes and mash until you get a puree.
  • Add heavy cream, salt, and pepper and mix until well combined.
  • Serve the mashed potatoes in a bowl and garnish with chives.
