Lemon Potatoes

A tasty snack to share with friends, you can make it as spicy as you want; it will be a hit at your gathering, and your guests won't be able to stop eating them. Ideal to pair with a nice beer.

  • 1 kilo new potatoes
  • 10 limes
  • 1/2 bunches parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 serrano chiles
  • vegetable oil
  • sausages, cocktail style (optional)

  • Boil the baby potatoes and serrano peppers in enough salted water.
  • Squeeze the lemons and put them in the blender along with 3 boiled potatoes, the serrano peppers, salt (or chicken bouillon if you prefer), and pepper.
  • In a skillet, add a little oil and sauté the potatoes (and the sausages if you decided to add them).
  • Add the blended mixture and let it cook. Adjust seasoning.
  • Add the chopped parsley.
  • Serve hot, although they can also be enjoyed cold.
