Boil the baby potatoes and serrano peppers in enough salted water.
Squeeze the lemons and put them in the blender along with 3 boiled potatoes, the serrano peppers, salt (or chicken bouillon if you prefer), and pepper.
In a skillet, add a little oil and sauté the potatoes (and the sausages if you decided to add them).
Add the blended mixture and let it cook. Adjust seasoning.
Add the chopped parsley.
Serve hot, although they can also be enjoyed cold.
