1 kilo potato
1 egg, beaten
60 grams unsalted butter
1/2 cups cow's milk
chicken bullion, to taste
salt , to taste
white peppers, to taste

Boil the peeled potatoes in boiling water for about 25 minutes until they are soft and can be pierced with a fork.
Drain the potatoes, place them in a bowl, and mash them very well.
Add the previously beaten egg and the cream, mix well.
Season with chicken bouillon, salt, and pepper.
