Mashed Potatoes with Cream

  • Boil the peeled potatoes in boiling water for about 25 minutes until they are soft and can be pierced with a fork.
  • Drain the potatoes, place them in a bowl, and mash them very well.
  • Add the previously beaten egg and the cream, mix well.
