The mashed potato with cream is the perfect accompaniment to a delicious cut of meat or for a preparation to the oven with meat. You will not believe how creamy it is puree, milk and butter make it melt in your mouth.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 kilo potato
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • 60 grams butter
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • chicken consommé, to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • white pepper, to taste

Preparation

Cook for about 25 minutes potatoes without skin in boiling water until they are soft and can be chopped with a fork.
Drain the potatoes, place them in a bowl and mash them very well.
Add the previously beaten egg and the cream, mix well.
Season with chicken broth, salt and pepper.

PRESENTATION

Decorate your plate with small pieces of scallion.

TIPS

You can spread the parmesan cheese over the mashed potatoes.
