Preparation
Cook for about 25 minutes potatoes without skin in boiling water until they are soft and can be chopped with a fork.
Drain the potatoes, place them in a bowl and mash them very well.
Add the previously beaten egg and the cream, mix well.
Season with chicken broth, salt and pepper.
