Mashed Potatoes with Hummus

A new way to prepare mashed potatoes for this holiday season by adding a bit of Hummus. You'll love it.

  • 1 kilo potato
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1 cup Hummus Libanius®
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

  • Boil the potatoes until soft, then peel them.
  • Mash them until you have a smooth puree.
  • In a pot, heat the butter and oil, then add the mashed potatoes and the hummus.
  • Cook for a few minutes and add parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
