1 kilo potato
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon butter, melted
1 cup Hummus Libanius®
parsley
salt and pepper
1 pinch nutmeg

Boil the potatoes until soft, then peel them.
Mash them until you have a smooth puree.
In a pot, heat the butter and oil, then add the mashed potatoes and the hummus.
Cook for a few minutes and add parsley, nutmeg, salt, and pepper to taste.
