Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 kilo potato
  • 1 teaspoon oil
  • 1 teaspoon butter, melted
  • 1 cup Hummus Libanius®
  • to taste parsley
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg

Preparation

Cook the potatoes until they are soft, remove the skin.
Flatten them until you have a smooth puree.
In a saucepan heat the butter and oil, then add the mashed potatoes and the hummus.
Cook a few minutes and add the parsley, nutmeg, salt and pepper to taste.

TIPS

You can add ham or fried bacon .
