Oven-Baked Potato Side Dish

Oven-baked potatoes are the ideal side dish to accompany any meal, especially for special occasions. With this potato recipe, you can prepare this classic dish in just 3 easy steps.   • Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  • Add some butter on a piece of aluminum foil, season with salt and pepper, add the potato, and wrap it; bake for 45 minutes. Set aside.
  • With the help of a spoon, scoop out the potatoes and set aside the filling.
  • In a pan over medium heat, fry the bacon with the ham, add the potato filling, and season with salt and pepper. Set aside.
  • Fill the potato with the previous preparation, add cheese, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Serve accompanied by cream and green onion.
