Potato and Gruyère Quiche

Delicious potato and Gruyère cheese quiche, perfect to accompany any meat or fish dish. If you are a cheese lover, this quiche is ideal for you. You can substitute Gruyère cheese with any cheese you prefer. The potatoes give a creamy consistency to the dish.

  • 4 potatoes, peeled and cut into cubes
  • 1 1/2 cups Gruyère cheese, grated
  • 7 eggs
  • 1 can condensed milk

  • Boil the potatoes in salted water. Drain them.
  • Beat the eggs with the milk, add the potatoes and half of the cheese. Place this mixture in a mold and level it out.
  • Cover with the remaining cheese. Place the mold in the oven and cook for 20 minutes at 175°C. Cool and serve.
