Cut the potatoes into slices and boil with water and salt until soft.
Grate the Manchego cheese, crumble the Oaxaca cheese.
Arrange a layer of potatoes in a baking dish, followed by a layer of Oaxaca cheese, another layer of ham, cream, and Manchego cheese. Repeat until there are 3 layers and finish with Manchego cheese.
Bake the potato cake for a few minutes at 180°C, so the cheese can gratin.
