Potato Cake

Potato cake, Manchego cheese, Oaxaca cheese, sour cream, and ham. A simple and perfect delight to enjoy as a main dish or as a side. Prepare it at home and treat everyone.

  • 800 grams potato
  • 400 grams Manchego cheese
  • 300 grams Oaxaca cheese
  • 450 milliliters sour cream
  • 1/2 kilos deli ham, in thick slices
  • coarse salt

  • Cut the potatoes into slices and boil with water and salt until soft.
  • Grate the Manchego cheese, crumble the Oaxaca cheese.
  • Arrange a layer of potatoes in a baking dish, followed by a layer of Oaxaca cheese, another layer of ham, cream, and Manchego cheese. Repeat until there are 3 layers and finish with Manchego cheese.
  • Bake the potato cake for a few minutes at 180°C, so the cheese can gratin.
