  • 1 kilo potato, cooked and peeled
  • 190 grams cream cheese, ®
  • 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 5 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups vegetable oil, for frying

  • CRUSH the potatoes with half of the Kraft® Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, the cream, the cornstarch, the parsley, and season with the broth.
  • FORM balls by hand and fill them with pieces of the remaining Kraft® Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
  • DUST with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and fry.
  • SERVE alongside a meat dish.
