190 grams cream cheese, ®
1/4 cups sour cream
2 tablespoons cornstarch
5 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 cup breadcrumbs
2 cups flour
2 eggs
4 cups vegetable oil, for frying

CRUSH the potatoes with half of the Kraft® Philadelphia® Cream Cheese, the cream, the cornstarch, the parsley, and season with the broth.
FORM balls by hand and fill them with pieces of the remaining Kraft® Philadelphia® Cream Cheese.
DUST with flour, egg, and breadcrumbs, and fry.
SERVE alongside a meat dish.
