Potato Gratin with Ham

This potato gratin is the perfect side dish for any meal; the combination of potatoes with ham, cheese, and cream gives it a smooth and creamy texture that you won't be able to stop eating.

  • 1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
  • 1/3 cups cream , reduced fat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
  • 4 potatoes, large thin slices
  • 8 slices turkey deli ham
  • 1/2 cups Oaxaca cheese, finely chopped
  • 1 lettuce, leafy and in pieces
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1/2 red onions, sliced

  • Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix the milk, cream, egg, and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
  • In a greased baking dish, layer slices of potato, then add a layer of ham, and top with another layer of potato.
  • Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour the milk mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese.
  • Bake at 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and the potatoes are well-cooked.
  • For the side, prepare a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
  • Serve a portion of potato gratin with the salad as a side.
