1 1/4 cups low-fat milk
1/3 cups cream , reduced fat
1 egg
1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon
4 potatoes, large thin slices
8 slices turkey deli ham
1/2 cups Oaxaca cheese, finely chopped
1 lettuce, leafy and in pieces
1 cup cherry tomato
1/2 red onions, sliced

Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Mix the milk, cream, egg, and Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth.
In a greased baking dish, layer slices of potato, then add a layer of ham, and top with another layer of potato.
Repeat until all ingredients are used. Pour the milk mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 180 °C for approximately 30 minutes or until golden and the potatoes are well-cooked.
For the side, prepare a salad with lettuce, tomatoes, and red onion.
Serve a portion of potato gratin with the salad as a side.
