This potato gratin is the perfect accompaniment to any dish, the combination of potatoes with ham, cheese and cream give it a smooth and creamy texture that you can not stop eating.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 1 1/4 cups of skim milk
  • 1/3 of cup of cream reduced in fat
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon of Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 4 potatoes large in thin slices
  • 8 slices of Turkey ham
  • 1/2 cup of Oaxaca cheese finely chopped
  • 1 lettuce leafless and in pieces
  • 1 cup of cherry tomato
  • 1/2 red onion filleted

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Mix milk, cream, egg and Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth.
In a refractory (previously greased), place a layer of slices of potato , form a layer of ham and on top, another layer of potatoes.
Repeat until finished with the ingredients. Pour the milk mixture on top and sprinkle with the cheese.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes or until golden brown and the potato well cooked.
For the garnish, assemble a salad with lettuce, tomatoes and red onion.
Serve a portion of potato gratin and garnish the salad.

TIPS

Bathe the salad with a little olive oil just before serving.
