  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a whisk, add garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the flour, sifting it first, and incorporate the grated carrot, grated zucchini, onion, potatoes, and parsley until you have a uniform mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a baking tray lined with parchment paper, spreading it out to create a sheet 1 centimeter thick. Bake for 18 minutes at 200 °C.
  • Once the potato sheet is cooked, place the slices of Virginia Chicken FUD® and the grated Manchego cheese on top. Roll it up and put it in the oven for another 5 minutes.
  • Garnish with cherry tomatoes and parsley. Serve with lettuce.
