Potatoes with parsley are a great side dish for any meat. You can also use them as a topping for your cod or hash.

1 kilo new potatoes
1/2 tablespoons coarse salt
1/4 cups olive oil
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons parsley
100 milliliters lime juice

Boil the potatoes in salted water. When they are three-quarters cooked, remove them from the water.
In a skillet, add olive oil and place the potatoes (you want them to brown but not burn).
Add coarse salt, garlic, and lemon juice.
Add the parsley at the end.
