Potatoes with parsley are a good accompaniment to any meat. You can also use them to put them on your cod or your mince.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 kilo potato cambray
  • 1/2 tablespoons sea salt
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons parsley
  • 100 milliliters lime juice

Preparation

Put the potatoes to cook in salted water. When they are 3/4 of the cooking time, remove from the water.
Put olive oil in a frying pan and put the potatoes (you want them to take color but without being burned).
Add grain salt, garlic and lemon juice.
Add the parsley at the end.
