Stuffed Potatoes with Ground Meat

  • 1/4 onions
  • 300 grams ground meat
  • 3 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon chipotle chile
  • Chihuahua cheese, shredded to taste

  • Cut the potatoes in half and boil until cooked. Once cooked, drain the water and let cool for a few minutes.
  • Chop the onion into small cubes. Heat a skillet, add the ground meat, season with salt, garlic, and pepper, add the onion and wait until it is golden brown. Add the cream and chipotle, stir for a few minutes, and turn off the heat.
  • Using a spoon, remove the filling from the potato and set aside. Fill the potato halves with the ground meat and add the cheese at the end. Place in the microwave for a few seconds to melt the cheese, and serve.
